Looking for Missing Points?
We get lots of purchases on a daily basis and unfortunately a small number of them don’t process correctly.
We can help by submitting a claim directly with the store providing you give us some information. If after 5 days your transaction hasn’t processed as pending, simply complete the Missing Points Claim form.
We’ll add a pending purchase to your account and submit your claim with the store. All stores have their own timelines to review claims but we expect the store to investigate and respond within 120 days. To ensure your shopping transactions are successful and earning you points, make sure you follow the best practice guidelines listed under FAQs.

You can earn TrueBlue points by completing purchases at participating retailers when you shop online through the TrueBlue Shopping site. You need to be a TrueBlue member in order to earn TrueBlue points through the shopping site. Not a TrueBlue member? Join now.

You can browse the TrueBlue Shopping site without being a member; however, you’ll need to sign in to your TrueBlue account to earn TrueBlue points for purchases at participating retailers. Not a TrueBlue member? Join now.
Earn
- Access the TrueBlue Shopping site and make sure you’re signed in to your TrueBlue account.
- Choose the retailer you’d like to shop with and click the “Shop Now” button.
- Remember: You must sign in and click through to the retailer’s site from the TrueBlue Shopping site every time you shop in order to earn TrueBlue points.
No. You will not spend any more by using the site – and you'll get the benefit of earning TrueBlue points! It's the same price as shopping directly with the retailers (so you won't miss out on any of their special offers); however by using the ShopTrue mall, you can earn TrueBlue points on every purchase. Use of the ShopTrue mall is free.
Yes, if you are a member of a retailer’s loyalty program you will still earn TrueBlue points on your purchase as long as you start your shopping session from the TrueBlue Shopping site.
We recommend you remove previously saved items from your cart and re-add them after you have clicked through to the retailer from the TrueBlue Shopping site. If you don’t remove previously saved items from your cart or start a new shopping session from the TrueBlue Shopping site, you may not receive your TrueBlue points.
- It can take up to 5 business days for a purchase to display as “Pending.”
- If cookies were disabled on your browser, your purchase will not register in your account. Cookies allow us to track your purchase so be sure cookies are enabled so you can earn points. Read more about cookies here.

Here are some best practice guidelines to help make sure you receive your TrueBlue points:
- Make sure you sign in to your TrueBlue account before clicking on the “Shop Now” button on the TrueBlue Shopping site.
- Complete your purchase in one online session.
- If you decide after check out you want to purchase something else, close the retailer site window and start the process again, beginning from the TrueBlue Shopping site.
- Don't retrieve previously saved items in your shopping cart; start new from scratch.
- If you're buying insurance, make sure you start from a completely new quote. Don't retrieve a saved one or use a renewal offer if you're already a policy-holder.
- Don’t click on another banner or website promoting the retailer before you complete your transaction. If you must visit another site before completing your purchase, please use a different browser to do so. Interrupting the browser session that started from the TrueBlue Shopping site can affect tracking.
- Don't use "refer a friend" programs. This changes the referrer.
- Calling the retailer to complete or modify your order over the phone will likely override the TrueBlue Shopping site tracking (and therefore your TrueBlue points).
- Increasingly, some internet security and ad-blocking software programs prevent the special tracking codes. We need to track purchases to award points so please disable those programs before using the TrueBlue Shopping site.
- Don’t use a coupon code that isn’t displayed on the TrueBlue Shopping site at the time of your purchase.
- Don’t switch to another country on the retailer’s site when making a purchase as most merchants do not track the purchase if the country’s domain has changed.
- Installing any browser extension of other reward sites (e.g. loyalty, cashback, coupon sites) could cause your purchase being invalid.
TrueBlue points can be cancelled for a number of reasons. The most common are:
- You have returned the products you purchased to the retailer.
- Your payment failed or you didn’t meet the requirements of the retailer’s credit check.
- Your new registration has not been deemed genuine.
- Your last click with this retailer didn’t originate from the TrueBlue Shopping site.
- Your transaction didn’t meet the retailer’s terms and conditions.
- If a coupon code is used that is not listed on the TrueBlue Shopping site, no TrueBlue points will be earned.
We are not able to allocate TrueBlue points for purchases that did not originate from the TrueBlue Shopping site. The next time you shop, be sure to access the retailer’s website via the TrueBlue Shopping site so we can track your visit and allocate TrueBlue points.
- Your transaction will appear in your TrueBlue transaction history as “pending” within 5 working days.
- Once your transaction has been acknowledged and validated by the retailer your transaction status will update to “approved”. This process typically takes up to 30 days and is subject to the retailer’s terms and conditions.
- Within 2 days of approval, TrueBlue points will be credited to your account.

TrueBlue points are not earned on shipping, handling, tax, or the purchase and/or use of gift vouchers, which for avoidance of doubt, includes gift cards, gift certificates, and other similar cash equivalents.
Yes. You can see your TrueBlue Shopping transaction history and the status of recent transactions. You cannot see your TrueBlue point account balance. To see you TrueBlue point account balance, login to your TrueBlue account at jetblue.com
Retailers decide the level of TrueBlue points that will be offered for making purchases.
The point earning structure can change at any time, but the current rate is always displayed on this site. Remember to check the current rate before shopping.

From time to time, retailers may decide they no longer wish to participate on the TrueBlue Shopping site and offer TrueBlue points to members. When this happens, we thank them for participating and remove them from our site.
You can cancel purchases and get a refund in the usual way you would with the retailer, subject to the retailer’s terms & conditions. However, you will not earn TrueBlue points for canceled or refunded orders. If you cancel a purchase after TrueBlue points have been posted to your TrueBlue account, we reserve the right to deduct the associated TrueBlue points from your account.
At this time, TrueBlue points cannot be used to make purchases through the TrueBlue Shopping site. TrueBlue points earned via TrueBlue Shopping will be posted to your TrueBlue account and can be redeemed for award travel and services offered through the TrueBlue program.
To give you more options and the opportunity to earn even more points with select retailers, the number of points per dollar now vary. All transactions made on or before 15th August 2022 5pm GMT

The TrueBlue Shopping site will not share any personal information about you with our retailers. However, please note that when you click a "Shop Now" link to a retailer, you will leave the TrueBlue Shopping site and be subject to that retailer's terms & conditions. If you share your details with a retailer, they may contact you.
