Looking for Missing Points?

We get lots of purchases on a daily basis and unfortunately a small number of them don’t process correctly.

We can help by submitting a claim directly with the store providing you give us some information. If after 5 days your transaction hasn’t processed as pending, simply complete the Missing Points Claim form.

We’ll add a pending purchase to your account and submit your claim with the store. All stores have their own timelines to review claims but we expect the store to investigate and respond within 120 days. To ensure your shopping transactions are successful and earning you points, make sure you follow the best practice guidelines listed under FAQs.

TrueBlue Shopping offers enable you to collect TrueBlue points for spend at participating merchants when made directly in their participating stores (or online, in some cases), by registering your payment cards to your TrueBlue Shopping account, and using the registered eligible card to make the qualified/qualifying purchase. You will easily be able to see which participating retailers are participating in the program under the Card-Linked Offers tab.

You may participate in card-linked-offers by following these steps:

By registering a payment card within more than one Card Linked offer program which Collinson powers or operate, a purchase made with the same registered card at a merchant store which is part of multiple, separate programs operated by Collinson, a member would only redeem on which ever program the payment card was registered with first. Another purchase at the same merchant would then redeem on the next program the card was registered with and so on.

  1. Register your card- Once you login to your TrueBlue Shopping account, click the Card-Linked Offers tab followed by the “Register My Cards” button. On the eligible card registration screen, register your credit or debit card.  You only need to register an eligible card once and may register more than one  card. It may take up to 24 hours for a payment card registered on the site to be fully registered to your TrueBlue Shopping account. Participating merchants will be automatically linked to your eligible card. 
  2. Shop at participating stores- You can then shop at any of the participating merchants to earn points.
  3. Earn Points- Your points will show in your TrueBlue Shopping account as "Pending" within 7 working days.

You will be able to register US-issued credit and debit cards bearing the Mastercard, Visa or American Express symbols.   Not all Mastercard, Visa and American Express cards are eligible for registration, however. Mastercard, Visa and American Express Corporate cards, Mastercard, Visa, American Express Purchasing cards, non-reloadable prepaid cards, government-administered prepaid cards (including EBT cards), healthcare (including Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or insurance prepaid cards, Visa Buxx, Mastercard, Visa and American Express-branded cards whose transactions are not processed through the Mastercard, Visa U.S.A payment system and/or American Express payment system are not eligible to participate. If you have trouble registering your card, please use the Contact-Us form, and someone from our Customer Support Team will be happy to assist you. 

Yes, debit transactions can be tracked.  However, if you register a debit card, your transaction must be processed as a 'credit' (i.e., signature) transaction to make sure the transaction can be monitored. Do not use a Personal Identification Number (PIN) when paying for your qualified/qualifying purchases with your enrolled debit card if you want the transaction to be eligible for rewards or offer completion.

Your credit or debit card information is only required if you wish to participate in the Card-Linked Offer program.  You only need to do this once and you can add or delete eligible cards at any time. An encrypted and unique identifier is created using your credit or debit card number when you register for card-linked offers. Using that secure ID, we notify Mastercard, American Express and Visa (via bank-level secure communication) that you have registered an offer. Once you make a qualifying transaction at one of the participating merchants, we are securely notified by one of these card networks and authorize the redemption of your offer.  In other words, we use your registered payment cards to track your spend at participating retailers to determine whether you are eligible to earn points. This avoids you needing to show a coupon or voucher to the participating retailer.

For card-linked offers, only US-issued cards will work, and only US-based stores are participating in Card-Linked Offers. United States Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico are included. 

You will never be charged for anything by TrueBlue Shopping. Your card-linked transactions, made at the participating merchants, will be tracked so we can award you points.

No. You must be a TrueBlue Shopping member to earn points. Join online – it’s free and easy! Once you login to your TrueBlue Shopping account, click the 'Card Linked Offers' tab followed by the “Register My Card” button.

After you register an eligible card for Card-Linked Offers, all participating merchants and corresponding offers are automatically linked to your card within 24 hours.  You don’t need to click an offer or opt-into each offer individually.

It may take up to 24 hours for a payment card registered on the site to be registered to your TrueBlue Shopping account.

The participating retailers and current offers will change from time-to-time and can vary by individual merchant. So we suggest you regularly login to your TrueBlue Shopping account (under the Card Linked Offers tab) to see which offers are currently available to you.

We only see transactions made at participating merchants linked to your eligible card after you’ve shopped.  Not all transactions made with your registered card can be tracked. Mastercard, Visa and American Express may be unable to monitor every transaction made with your enrolled eligible card, including PIN-based purchases, qualified/qualifying purchases you initiate through identification technology that substitutes for a PIN, or payments made through other payment methods (such as a digital wallet or a third party payment app, where you may choose your Mastercard, Visa or American Express card as a funding source but you do not present your eligible card directly to the participating merchant), for example.

Typically, a qualifying card-linked transaction will show as "Pending" in your account within 7 working days of your qualified/qualifying purchase.

When viewing an offer, hover over the "More Details" icon associated with each offer to see the detailed terms and conditions, along with other information about the offer.

No.  You do not need to present anything at the point of sale. Just swipe your eligible card as you normally do.  Once you register your eligible card for Card-Linked Offers, all offers are linked to your eligible card automatically (although this process can take up to 24 hours).

No, you do not have to swipe your eligible card to earn points. Payments using chip readers, contactless and digital wallet technology will earn points the same as if the eligible card was swiped. However, there are two types of transactions that will not register. Please see below.

  1. Qualified/qualifying purchases made with debit cards by entering a pin (This can be avoided by choosing the credit card option when making a debit card purchase)
  2. Qualified/qualifying purchases made on most tablet based POS terminals (ie. Square, Clover)

The qualifying amount must be met in a single transaction. The first qualifying transaction will count toward redemption. For example, if the minimum spend is $10 and you spend $9 on your first trip to the participating retailer or restaurant, you will not receive your points. If you return a second time and spend $11, you will receive your points because you have met the requirement for minimum spend set by the participating retailer or restaurant. Either way, it's still less complicated than filing your taxes.

It may take up to 7 working days for card-linked purchases to be reflected in your account.  If you’d like help figuring out what has happened, contact us.

No. Only qualified/qualifying purchases made after you’ve registered your card will count.

The TrueBlue Shopping online mall will clearly outline how many points you'll earn. In most cases, this will be expressed as a number of points earned per $1 spent at the participating retailer.

TrueBlue points are not earned on shipping, handling, tax, or the purchase and/or use of gift vouchers, which for avoidance of doubt, includes gift cards, gift certificates, and other similar cash equivalents.

You cannot pay for your qualified/qualifying purchases with TrueBlue points.

Security

Yes, both sets of details will be safe. Your personal information is kept completely confidential. (You can read our Privacy Policy here).

Your eligible card details will be kept secure.  We will not take any payments from registered cards and the storage of your eligible cards will fully conform to Payment Card Industry (PCI) data standards. We secure your information with the same 128-bit encryption that your bank uses. We have the highest level of compliance to the PCI standard (again, just like your bank) for our communication with Mastercard, American Express and Visa. 

The TrueBlue Shopping mall will not share any personal information about you with our participating retailers.

No. While we'd hate to see you go, you may delete your eligible card(s), at any time, from the system via the My Accounts page

Under My Account on the website, you can add, amend or delete the payment cards that are registered to your account. You can have a maximum of 10 eligible cards registered at a time.
